Will the test cover the same features of ISEET? Can we get admission to IISER, IISc, ISI and other prominent institutes through this new test schedules to be in place from 2013?

Aadarsh, the test will have a pattern to be decided by the IIT Senate group. It will be declared in August. There will be two tests, JEE Main and JEE Advanced. JEE Main will have objective MCQ just like before. The final pattern will be declared in August. 
This exam will be for IITs, NITs and IIITs only. For IISER and IISc, you'll have to give KVPY.
