linear algebra: span? Do the following vectors [1 3], [2 -3]. [0 2] and [2 3], [-1 2] span R2(1x2 matrices)? I think the answer is yes for both.. am I right?

Sorry, I made a spelling error. The last two vectors are [2 4], [-1 2]
to span R2 you need 2 not paralel vectors, and you got that
So both "sets" of vectors span R2?
yes, in bouth sets there are at least 2 independent vectors, so they span R2
