Okay so it should be a projectile type of problem..

A cannon resting on a top of a hill (.6m high) launches a.. whatever it launches (X
It travels at a constant velocity of 2.4 m/s. 
Where does it land once it reaches the ground?

It helps if you draw a diagram for this..
