How can you attract more women to science?

Women are more sensitive to praise so there should be articles which shows scientific importance of women and they will be attracted.

I do hope this is a serious question...

Anyway generally its all in the way that it is taught as males and females learn in different ways. Though I am no expert in that field.

Where I live it seems to be the other way around, how to attract boys to science? My (biology) based classes are made up mainly of girls.

The ratio in Medical science favors women in my academy, out of 5000 students 4528 are women/girls. (internal statistics from 2011).
this number includes all branches of medical education, dentist, doctors, biologist, microbiologist, pharmacologists etc..
