Some members are posting their questions in the wrong sections like posting Mathematics questions in Writing section. So, they don't get quick and accurate response.

actually those questions were asked in mathematics...but they spam the question and post it in several groups..if you see these please report them ^_^ but note some are just honest mistakes so interact before reporting...tell them that they are posting in the wrong group then if it happens againr eport

I have talked to some of them and from their responses, they don't know. So, they need to be enlightened, especially new members.

There is certainly a degree of that we've seen happen. Sometimes people do get confused. Other times, they're lying about the fact that they're confused, so use your best judgement and if in doubt then let us know. We have access to more data than you guys.
