the equations:
first service:  y = 2.10x + 3.90
second svc:   y = 1.50x + 7

where y is the price you pay and x is the number of km you travel.

for about the first 5 km, you'd be paying less than if you were to go with the second service.  after that, it would be more econimical to go with the second one.
the intersection of these two graphs is where the the price is the same for the same number of km traveled (5.166 km, both pay $14.50)
