You could google "area of kite", or you could figure it out if you know the area of a triangle. Or you could memorize the formula: Area of kite= 1/2 diagonal1 * diagonal2

|dw:1338299295059:dw| I just picked a length so I got a diagonal of 38. You could put the cross diagonal anywhere and still get the same answer.
