At which steps do cells control gene expression? a. transcription, translation, and the formation of the final protein b. transcription, mitosis, and DNA replication c. mitosis, meiosis, and the formation of the final protein d. interphase, prophase, and metaphase I think it is either a or b... can someone help me please?
