The answer is 53.5 because <AOB is supplementary to <BOC. If m<AOB is 73, then m<BOC is 107. Then, m<BAC is 1/2 of arc BC because of the inscribed angle theorem. SInce <BOC is a central angle, it's intercepted arc, arc BC, is the same measure. Therefore, m<BAC is 53.5 because it is half of 107.
