The Hunger Games : This book is by far one of the most exciting and well rounded books I have read so far. There is romantic intrigue, deadly combat and alliances, and mortality is an issue as well. The book will make you cry multiple times, and no I'm not talking about the movie. The book far surpasses the Movie in every way. It will have you on the edge of your seat every minute, loving it! ( I read this book in 2008)

I read them when they first came out a few years back. I thought the movie was OK but could use some work.
