What are the roots of the equation 3x^2-x+2=0

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

this equation can be factorised (3x )(x ) = 0 you need 2 numbers to fill blanks in each bracket their product must be = +2 and 3* one of them + the must = -1

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

and 3* one of them + the other must = -1

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

ok they are -1 and +2 because 3*-1 + 2 = -1 so can you tell where the -1 and + 2 go in the above brackets?

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

are you there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
