ok basicly you read it from left to right the stem would be the first number the leaf would be the second number for example in the first row the stem is 6 the leaf is 9 then the number would be 69 then in the second row it gets a little bit trickier the stem is 7 and the leaf is 1, 2, 6, and 7 that would mean the numbers would be 71, 72, 76, and 77 what would the numbers be for the third row?
