i think ,there may be changes in temperature and slight displacements of rocks etc...,
i myself never experienced any earthquake

Yes we can but the prediction is sometimes too slow and for the most part its too late.

if we know the complete structure and movement of the whole earthcrests, then the prediction of earthquake is obvious
