Ah, I can see why that would cause you difficulty. What I try to do (my lazy way of writing an abstract) is I try to summarise each paragraph in my paper to one sentence then stick them together (in the order they are in in the paper) read through that a few times and change the wording a bit to help it run together. HOWEVER this can be a little dodgy but a good place to start as it helps summarise everything you have written.
