Two conducting spheres have charges of -4 mirco coulombs and another one 16 micro coulombs. The spheres are brought together to allow transfer of electrons. What will be the charges on each after they separate?

\[ q_{total} = q_1 + q_2 \] both sphere will share the same amount of charges, so \[ q_1 = q_2 = \frac{q_{total}}{2} \]
