here is what i get to choose from A) sec 70 degrees over 4 B) 4 over sec 70 degrees C) cot 70 degrees over 4 B) 4 over cot 70 degrees

@zaphod is correct but there is more than 1 way to write it: 4*tan40 = 4 / (1/tan40)) = 4/cot70.
