Which biome or ecosystem has the climatehas the climate with the least amount of rain?

OpenStudy (carniel):

Any answer chooses?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The correct answer should be desert, however it is possible that the answer is the arctic.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or well tundra for that matter. not arctic.

OpenStudy (carniel):

Its desert.... They only get about 1 inch of rain rarely.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, but the tundra receives snow not rain so, I'm not quite sure. Average rainfall in deserts is 4 in.

OpenStudy (carniel):

Snow is still considered as water if it melted. Btw I don't think its 4 in of rainfall in deserts .-.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer is desert. I found it in my book<3 Good luck!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"Annual rainfall in the desert is less than 10 inches but more often higher or just above 4 in."
