Which is correct, and why? I am concered about what might happen? I am concered what might happen? When to use "about."

OpenStudy (lanre):

in the first and second sentences concerned was not written properly , so they cannot be correct. There is nothing wrong with the third sentence. The first question could have been right if not for the concerned which was not written properly. in the second sentence, concerned was not written properly and a word was also missing.

The misspelling of "concerned" aside, the correct way to write and puntuate the sentence is, "I am concerned about what might happen."
