median For mean, as there is a 'super large' datum here, it would increase the value of mean, which cannot reflect the central tendency of the data well For mode, the mode of the data is of the smallest value and cannot accurately reflect the central tendency. And you've only one choice left :|

If the number of data provided is not much and the data are concentrated while you find one/two very extreme value, then mean will not be chosen to measure the central tendency of the data
