I need help with the simplex method. I need to write an equation using constraint variables. This is my problem so far.
A kid's burger plate uses 3oz. of beef and 3oz. of potatoes per plate and makes $1.33. A regular plate uses 4oz of beef and 5oz of potatoes per plate and makes $1.67. A large plate uses 8oz of beef and 8 oz of potatoes per plate and makes $2.33.
Potatoes bought in 40 pound boxes with a 5% waste factor and costs .39 per pound raw weight. Beef bought in 75 pound lots with a 2% waste factor and costs .99 per pound raw weight. My limiters are for every 40 pound of potat
