Remember that when you square a negative (namely the -5), it becomes positive, so both the 5 and the -5 are the answers.

if you have x²- a constant if the constant is a square number then this falls into a difference of two squares difference of two squares is (x+y)(x-y) because it cancels out to be x²-y²

constant does not have to be a square number it is just easier to explain that way
