An extremely small amount of Caesium was found in Blue Fin Tuna. Does if pose any threat to consumers and what evidence supports the threat of lack of threat?

I'd say it's not a threat...at least not a significant threat. Although a book called "The China Study" purports that casein protein is unhealthy, this is not scientifically accepted as fact. MANY dietary supplements (protein powders) contain lots of casein. Likewise, about 80% of the protein found in milk is casein. So even if casein weren't 'healthy' per se, an extremely small amount would not be likely to have adverse effects.
