1 is correct because when moving from greater value to a lesser one. Also your 4 is correct because moving from small value to a greater one.
your 2 and 3 are wrong and have to be interchanged.
Remember
Moving from a smaller value to larger value, you divide and mulitiply if moving from larger value to smaller.
