Does refreshing make it go away permanently or does it just make them all green?

Makes them all green. I has the problem again. I think it has to do with minimizing the game scree or changing resolution. Iam playing a low-res game right now.

I find that idling and not using OS (doing other things) and coming back to OS has this problem.

And, @mattfeury , if you meant does it fix the problem, it does. THey go green, and don't go up and down.

Also, clicking them all works too. Hard to do that when they are moving though.

I also see this exact problem if I make my browser smaller to see the mobile version. and then expand it back up to normal.
