replace \(t\) by \(2\) to get your first answer
second answer is because what goes up must come down, so it is rising at .5 seconds and falling at 1.5 seconds
for "how long" set \(h(t)=0\) and solve for \(t\)
i still have no clue on what to do, i suck at algebra
