From a barrel of colored marbles, you randomly select 7 blue, 5 yellow, 8 red, 4 green, and 6 purple marbles. Find the experimental probability of randomly selecting a marble that is NOT yellow. Write your answer in simplest form.

OpenStudy (kropot72):

P(yellow) = 5/30 The probability of selecting one marble P(any marble) = 1 The probability of selecting a marble that is not yellow is the difference between the 2 values of probability. Now you can work out the answer.
