'PRESIDENT' - 
If you are saying our president/the president, I believe that it is not capitalized.
Ex. Is the president in the white house? 
If you are using it as the main noun (President Lincoln), it is capitalized.
Ex. How is President Johnson?

'STUDENT BODY PRESIDENT' -  
I believe that this should not be capitalized. 
Ex. The student body president is here.
I am not sure if this it would be capitalized for 'Student Body President James'.
