I have some math homework to do and I have no idea how to do it. I dont even know where to begin. I have been going through the textbook and I cant figure it out. Can someone please explain how I solve this??

Directions: For the sequence of figures shown, the x-value is the number of triangles and the y-value is the perimeter. Enter the five data points, graph the data, and choose a function f(x) whose graph will pass through the points.
