ok so the bottom number represents the square root, or in this case, the cube root. The top number represents the exponent outside of the cubed quantity. so it should look like this: \[(3\sqrt{-27})^4\] I couldn't get the 3 in the square root sign sorry about that lol.

oh and it should be positive because the fraction is positive, sorry didn't notice that...
