can anyone tell me what does this sentence mean: don't give a flying watusi about someone. I'm not a native English speaker, really can't figure out this usage. I looked up 'watusi' in dictionary, it says it's a tribe's name. It doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks to anyone who'd like to help me!

Are you sure the word you heard was "watusi"? I think watusi means a particular type of dance. However, there is a phrase similar and instead of the word watusi, they use the F word. Its meaning is as simple as its phrase. It means they don't care.

I get it. Thank you very much!
