If you remember, a trapezoid that's not isosceles is a figure which could have no angles the same. A rectangle can also be the same as a square - remember that both a rectangle and a square have the same degree measure for the angles. By saying that the figure is a rectangle, you are leaving room for it to be a rectangle or a square, which makes it correct either way! :)
