step one add 11.1 to both sides

step 2 multiply both sides by 6.3 giving $$16.22 \times 6.3 \rightarrow 102.186 = n$$

so$$12+3 =5w$$

I do now so if I have 7x+5=19, I would subtract 5 from both sides. Then find out what number *2 gives you 14. well that is how i got it...

1) subtract 5 gives 7x=14
2) divide by 7 gives x=14/7
x=2
