Jet d’Eau (water fountain) in Geneva Switzerland. While not the tallest in the world, it is still quite impressive. It projects water into the air at approximately 124 miles per hour and the water is said to reach 460 feet into the air.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

need to find similar statistics (speed and estimated height) for another tall fountain in the world so you can determine how long you expect its water to stay in the air and whether or not the height that is indicated matches your parabola. While conducting your research, also make note of the name of the fountain (if any) and where it is located (city, country). Possible search phrase: World Highest Fountains.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh.. it can be done by basic physics formulae

OpenStudy (anonymous):

IDK how to do that though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nice..
