The contrapositive is a SWITCH of the two statements (change the order) and the NEGATION of both statements (put the word NOT in front).

Switch the statements Converse: If there is no one inside, then the lights are off. Then negate them If there is NOT no one inside, then the lights are NOT off Then clean it up so it makes grammatical sense: Contrapositive: If there is someone inside, then the lights are not off.
