jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

Both have four right angles.... this is false since a rhombus can have angles that are not all equal (so the angles won't be 90 degrees)

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

Both have all four sides congruent....this is false because a rectangle has a length and a width (which don't have to be equal).

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

Both have diagonals forming right angles....this is false and you can see this is false when you draw a rectangle that's very very thin (or flat). You'll see that the diagonals do NOT form right angles.

So by the process of elimination, the answer is Both have two pairs of opposite sides parallel. This is also true because both a rectangle and a rhombus are a parallelogram.
