total time on the project equivavelent to a person working fulltime = let it be 1 right?

so the 3 people 

1st person is to spend half of his time so half of 1 ?
2nd person is to spend 1/3rd of his time so 1/3rd of 1?
what time should the third person spend? the first persons time + the second persons time - the total time
