|dw:1338868790690:dw| Those that only studied geography is 8. Taking the total number of students and subtracting 8, you will get 22 which is the number of people who studied History. Since twice as many pple studied history than geography, that means 22/2 = 11 studied in geography. Adding the total number of people that studied in geography and history together, you will get 33. The extra 3 accounts for the people who studied both subjects.
