My recipe :
 Add a little butter to the pan to cook them in, add seasonings like salt, black pepper, and anything else that suits your taste, Italian seasoning, maybe? And, you might like a few bacon bits tossed in, too. 

I like to chop up green onions, including some of the green stem, and tossing that in, mmmmm!

What you need:
olive oil/butter/margarine
small frying pan
chopped tomatoes, green pepper, and a small amount of onions
salt
your favorite seasoning (i like using goya)
cheese
eggs

Directions:
In a small frying pan, pour a small amount of olive oil/butter and cook your tomatoes, green pepper, and onions halfway.Carefully season and salt. Scramble eggs till fully cooked. If your cheese isn't already chopped, then you should do it before pouring your cheese so it melts on top of your eggs
