PLEASE HELP!!!!! When a question asks you to "Round to the nearest tenth of a percent," what does an answer in that form look like? Thanks! =)

like 69.456% rounds to 69,5%?
11.1% is to a tenth of a percent.
Oh, okay - so, if I have a decimal answer, I change it into a percent, and then I round it to the nearest tenth?
0.2% 3.4% 56.2% 123.8% all examples of percentages rounded to a tenth.

Here's a quick example: 3 out of 9 people say yes to a question. What percentage say yes, rounded to the nearest tenth? 3/9 = 0.33333333 = 33.3%
