OpenStudy (anonymous):

With what????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hold on i need to write it out...is that ok?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Match each of the following with its correct simplified solution: 1.) 2a2 + 4ab + 2b2 2.) a2 - b2 3.) a2 + 2ab + b2 4.) a2b + ab2 a.) ab(a + b) b.) (a + b)(2a + 2b) c.) (a + b)2 d.) (a + b)(a - b)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1b 2d 3c 4a

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how'd you do that??? O_O

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. You first factor out a 2. 2(a^2 + 2ab + b^2). This is a perfect square trinomial. 2(a + b)(a + b). Just multiply the 2 to one of the binomials. (a + b)(2a + 2b) 2. This is a difference in squares pattern. (a^2 - b^2) = (a + b)(a - b) 3. This is a perfect square trinomial. (a + b)^2 4. Factor out the GCF, ab.

OHHHH....i think i understand, now. :P thank you soo much! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're welcome.
