What translation rule can be used to describe the result of the composition of (x, y) (x – 9, y – 2) and (x, y) (x + 1, y – 2)? A. (x, y) (x + 8, y – 4) B. (x, y) (x – 10, y + 0) C. (x, y) (x – 8, y – 4) D. (x, y) (x – 4, y – 8)

just combine those two translations: -9+1 = -8 for your x; and -2+-2=-4 for your y... so your net translation is (x-8,y-4)
