notice that the radius of the bigger one is twice that of the smaller one? A ratio can be derived from this similarity. Remember similar triangles?

But then again remember Formula for S.A for a cylinder is $$2(\Pi r^2 + \Pi r h)$$
So S.A of the bigger one would be twice that. 
Hint: 263.8 is not the correct answer.
