this link gives ratings to 10 and well i guess you could look through it to see! It is probably the best i can find but if you want i will look again. and please tell your brother to question again, i would love to try and help him:)

here's the question (:
Fred has 10 coins in a bag. He has 4 quarters, 1 penny, and 5 dimes. If he reaches in his bag and draws coins without looking, what is the probability of drawing a quarter?
This is a really easy question, BUT the thing was is there were percentages for the answers and he only knows how to do the fractions.
