Is this question about Microsoft Excel?  My version of Excel has Sum, Average, Count, Max and Min in the autosum dropdown.

Hiding and unhiding rows and columns can be done one of several ways.  But I guess the answer they are looking for is the Visibility section of the Format dropdown in the Cells section of the Home tab.
