Okay I have four kind of silly questions but I need to make sure I have the right answers because Im coming up on my final.
1.How would a root, such as a potato or a rutabaga, most likely gain mass in a hypotonic water solution? diffusion, osmosis or growth?
2. Why does it matter if the root is in a hypertonic or hypotonic solution?
