Oliver has a medical illness that requires regular CAT scans throughout the year. His health insurance policy, through a coinsurance agreement, pays 75% of the cost for scans 1 – 5, 80% of the cost for scans 6 – 10, 85% of the cost for scans 11 – 15, and 90% of the cost for scans 16 – 20.
