Well, equate the two values of 'u': -b + 21 = -2b + 31 solve this^, and find out the value of 'b'. Substitute that in any one of the original equations and get the numerical value of 'u'. Express them in (u,b)=(..., ...) form, which'll be the ordered pair satisfying this system of equations.
