Yeah, the site was down for a spell. None of our alarm bells went off when it happened so it went un-noticed for longer than it normally would have. Sorry about that.

Merely curious - did the outage have anything to do with the Linked In hack? Or was it merely a temporal coincidence?

Temporal coincidence. The error occurred in Lift, which is the framework we're built on. Luckily for us, we have a Lift expert named @shadowfiend who knows how to track these things down. :)
