“Who watches the watchmen?” Another foxy release today, folks. Foxy and fixy, of course. - Improvements to avoid issues with deleting questions removing too many medals from medal counts. - Fix some issues with long notification texts/links in IE. - Hide the header when displaying group search and other popups that dim the background. - Add some plumbing to let us see suspicious medal granting activity. As per usual, let us know if anything broke!

Yes, essentially now we have code in place that's intelligent enough to find people gaming the system.
