Red-green color blindness is caused by an X-linked recessive gene. In a family, the mother is a carrier of this gene while the father does not have the gene. What are the possible effects on their children?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if they have girls it will be harder for them to be color blind since girls have to X chromosomes and therefor the probability of both of them being recessive is low but if they have boys there is a higher chances of them having color blindness since boys have an X and a Y chromosome, since they only need one X to have the recessive gene.
